Our main business focus lies on handling of passengers and aircraft as “handling agent”. This includes all services for passengers and airlines in connection with arriving and departing aircraft. We provide these services flexibly, and ensure quick, safe and friendly handling according to governmental authority and international standards (IATA).

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Registration of passengers and baggage (Check-In)
• Guiding departing passengers through the airport facilities and security checkpoints to their departure gates (Security Control)
• Full management of boarding and loading procedures for passengers and baggage
• Guiding arriving passengers through passport and customs clearance to the baggage  claim area (Customs Clearances)
• If required recording missing or damaged luggage items according to airline specifications (Lost & Found)
