Operations

Our Operations Management is the hub and coordination point for our activities, ensuring a timely departure according to specifications. Crews will receive their briefings here and aircraft personnel are able to obtain any necessary documentation and information for their flight, this includes flight plans, weather briefings and NOTAMS as well as special handling service information for passengers. Furthermore our operations staff, in close coordination with check-in staff will provide weight and balance calculations for your flight under strict adherence to aircraft manufacturer guidelines. Shortly before take-off the captain or person in charge will receive proper loading documentation (load-sheet and passenger manifest).
